Key Performance Areas:

  • Estimates for overall execution of Projects.
  • Forecasting.
  • Management of Cost Control System.
  • Develop Cash flow Schedules and projections latest cost forecast.
  • Build Departmental, Interdepartmental and Client relationship.
  • Building Trustworthy Relationship with Client.
  • EPCM Capital Control.
  • Maintain High Ethical Standard.

Reports to: Project Manager/ Project Services Manager/Project Services Officer.

Liaise with: Project Managers, Project Engineers, Design Office Manager, Planning Manager, Financial Controller, Client’s Cost Engineering, Estimating Organisation and proposal Department.

Subordinates: Invoice Clerks/Cost Controller/Assistant Cost Engineer.

Country: Africa, Asia, India.

Qualifications, Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – B. Com.
  • NHD – Quantity Surveying.
  • Diploma in Business.
  • ICC Certification.
  • Professional Body registration: CEASA Member.
  • 5 – 10 years Cost Engineering experience.
  • Budgets/ Financial and Cost Control in a Project Environment.
  • Estimates in a Project Work breakdown structures.
  • Ethical Standards related to Cost Control applicable to Projects as per PMI standards Earned Value Concepts.
  • Cash flow and Cash flow projects.
  • Cost engineering in mining/Surface infrastructure/ Process Plant Cash flow schedules and Projections Management and Cost Control System.
