I also assisted in developing an automatic transmission solution for a major OEM, allowing successful sales and market penetration into niche sector.

I enjoy managing projects and people and allowing the individuals in the project team to shine. I have been given opportunities to prove myself at a young age and believe this philosophy should be applied to the people reporting to me. I enjoy the dynamics of the automotive industry and feel I can make a positive, long-term impact on the sustainability of a business.
