March Monthly Job Assignments

Things have been busy which is always good, and there has been a fair amount of activity in Enshrine, bolstered by our expanding network of partners in SA and abroad.

Evidence of this activity can be found in our latest Available Opportunities Portfolio which is available here and includes opportunities from our 3 active partners in Cape Town and one in Dubai (an exciting recent addition to our network!).  We do hope that you will derive benefit from this increased scope of potential.

By way of framing, here is some background information about our processes to ensure that you are in the loop as to how we can best service your career needs:

• As soon as we receive a new position we post it onto our website immediately – this due to the fact that Enshrine doesn’t always have exclusivity on every position that enters our system and thus speed of response becomes a determining factor in the process.  Also, client recruitment processes tend towards reactivity and often even crisis management because needs are pressing and they need people to start immediately.

• On the individual Job Adverts we send out and post on our website you will note that we now include a date for when we plan to present to clients and we can’t encourage you enough to get your applications in on time to ensure you get to the front of the line.

• Our positions are also used by job posting sites and they tend to post, postdated content as well as new content.  Adding the presentation date on our job posts is a way to ensure you know that the position you have your eye on is still active.  If you do come across an older post but have an interest in that kind of position, please do still drop us a line – we have a number of clients who seek certain skills on a regular basis and it never hurts to test the waters.

• Alternatively why not just take the plunge and join our Candidate Marketing Platform by completing an application here. With our expanded network up and running, doing so means that your credentials will immediately be available (in strict confidence of course) to our specialist recruitment partners. Your online application also functions as a preliminary interview which we present to our clients in the form of a unique Value Proposition outlining your skills, track record, passions and drives.

If you have not yet signed on to follow us on one of our social media platforms, this is an excellent way to stay up to speed with opportunities and updates as soon as we have them, so please don’t hesitate to do so using the relevant buttons provided on this page.

Virtual Recruitment Consulting Positions – immediate opportunity – Engineering and Technical – Enshrine Placements

Recruitment consulting – virtually anywhere – virtually anytime – virtually anyplace – this is where trends have been going.  Everyone has been saying that recruitment is changing thanks to media and technology.

Recruitment isn’t changing.

It has already changed.

Are you being left behind?

More than any other industry recruitment consulting is the ideal virtual career.  Technology and social media have revolutionised research, networking and marketing – and as recruitment is fundamentally a research, networking and marketing driven business – it makes sense that it is so amenable to the current context.

Are you a recruitment consultant who is goal driven, conscientious, service oriented, disciplined and creative?  Are you comfortable with technology?  Do you own a laptop, telephone and have internet access?  Are you a go getter who delivers come rain or shine?  Are you self-motivated and passionate about finding the right match to position?

If your answer is ‘yes’ to the above then this advert is for you.

Do you work for someone else?

If your answer is ‘yes’ – then this advert is definitely for you!

(Our only question is why???)

In today’s game the world can literally be your office – you can work from just about anywhere and just about any time.  If you already have the qualities and capabilities that make a good recruitment specialist or head-hunter and have access to the simplest of communication technology – why would you continue to work for low commissions?  Someone else is benefitting from your drive and determination.

What stops you from getting a bigger piece of the pie for yourself?  What stops you from working from wherever, whenever?  What stops you from having to do fewer placements because your return is so much higher on each one?

Some of the most obvious reasons may be:

  • Your employer gives you the security and comfort of a brand to stand behind.
  • You are spared the effort of setting up and running your own business.
  • You have access to networks and databases without having to build your own.
  • The systems and processes streamline your functioning.

Enshrine Placements has established a virtual recruitment environment where you can get everything you need in terms of support and access to resources – without the hassle of building, running and managing your own enterprise.  It is virtual – and virtually plug-and-play!

Our offer to recruiters who ‘get’ what we are saying – is simple: “Run your own portfolio under the Enshrine umbrella and this is what you’ll get”:

  • An established brand with a managed website and social media platforms.
  • Digital content and advertising management and support.
  • An existing and continuously expanding database of candidates.
  • Access to an existing network of local and international recruitment partners.
  • The freedom to establish and manage your own portfolio.
  • The liberty to access our virtual office when and from where you choose.  Dictate your own hours.
  • No incentives and targets – work at your own pace and according to your needs and expectations.
  • High commissions.
  • Tagged leads – you may at times benefit without lifting a finger.
  • More time to manage and enjoy the ‘life’ part.

What you won’t get is:

  • Having to meet incentives set by anyone other than yourself.
  • Having to meet targets set by anyone but yourself.
  • Having to fight traffic to work and back.
  • Clock-watching.
  • Being watched.
  • Receiving a basic salary.

Yes – no basic.  If you are one of the innovators who have their fingers on the pulse of trends, if you are a forward thinking risk-taker who can see an opportunity when it presents itself – then this will make absolute sense – because you believe in your ability to deliver – you believe in yourself.  This is about taking away the crutches and standing in your own power.

The only requirements are:

  • You are an established recruitment consultant with a credible track record.
  • You specialise in engineering and technical recruitment or have adequate experience in these disciplines and sectors.
  • You have your own communication technology and internet access.
  • You have integrity – you are trustworthy and value transparency.
  • You are service, quality and delivery oriented.
  • You have a deep desire to be your own boss.
  • You would like to earn what you are actually worth.

Perhaps you’re ready to stretch your income and your wings?  Perhaps you’re a work from home mom and would like to create some subsistence while still happily managing your role as mother?  Perhaps you simply see how obvious it is to work inside a model like ours rather than for an employer who siphons away the bulk of the income you generate?

The commissions are high but have not been included here because we want you to be sold on the model – and not on the significant profit you can achieve.

If you are interested we would love to hear from you so that we can take the next steps toward liberating your career as a Recruitment Professional.

Time to Enshrine your self?

If so, we look forward to inviting you into our umbrella and partnering you in the process of liberating and empowering your recruitment career.
