Position Details/Job Description:
- Production output is achieved against plan.
- Manage a large team of production staff & ensure good staff development.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with SHEQ requirements.
- Manage assets.
- Plan maintenance and execute effectively.
- Execute daily, weekly and monthly routines.
- Ensure that the required disciplines are maintained.
Location: Africa
Qualifications, Desired Skills and Experience:
Food Sci. & technology or engineering Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, ideally within a bottling or canning operation.
