About Our Team
Core Principles : All team members are united by a number of Core Principles that guide their actions and govern their dealings with clients, partners and external stakeholders, being Integrity, Authenticity and Passion.
With these Values the team members undertake every project with a common purpose. For each project, we undertake an assessment of the priority needs & requirements of the community and then start the process of applying the model to the community to ensure a sustainable and consistent application of the model to the existing situation. Team members will draw on experts in the various fields of water purification, energy generation, communications technology, agriculture, Permaculture, horticulture and education in order to develop a sustainable village.
We also intend to transfer wealth creation skills to individuals within the community to enable them to determine their own future. Thus we aim to provide the means and the approach to move a community into a wealth-creation mindset by providing the basic services necessary as a “leg-up” first move and then the skills training as the second phase in the development process
Our team have a variety of skills sets and backgrounds. They have sociaal, technical, engineering, marketing, communictaions, financial and project management skills to implement this model. We draw on professionals from all disciplines to complement existing skills sets in our teams.
